My name is Gisselle Sanchez, and I was born and raised in Asheville, North Carolina. After graduating from the Veterinary Medical Technology program at AB Tech, I worked in the veterinary field for several years. While I enjoyed caring for animals, I realized how much I missed connecting with Spanish-speaking communities—a role I had embraced for nearly 10 years as a volunteer translator at my church in Swannanoa.
The passion for helping others led me to real estate, where I saw an opportunity to make a meaningful impact. As a proud Mexican-American and the first homeowner in my family, I understand how overwhelming the path to homeownership can feel—especially for first-time buyers and immigrant families. I wanted to be a guide, a resource, and a trusted advocate for others navigating that same journey.
Over the past few years, I’ve come to realize that real estate is as much about education as it is about closing a deal. Guiding clients, step by step, and making sure they understand their options has been one of the most rewarding parts of my job.
The last few years have been filled with learning opportunities and the joy of working with many first-time homebuyers. Their trust and appreciation have sparked a deep passion for real estate in me—one that’s grounded in service, education, and empowering others to build wealth through homeownership.
What has made this journey even more meaningful is the opportunity to build genuine relationships with people from all walks of life. Each story, each background, and each goal has left an impact on me, and I’m honored to be part of their journey.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy exploring new coffee shops around town and hiking the Blue Ridge Parkway with my two dogs, Duke and Rio.
